Challenge

Mark Roberts of Eagle Creek Gallery wanted to improve inventory management and purchase ordering. As the owner of a busy retail location, he was spending too much time on tasks that could be automated. Mark needed to be able to quickly and easily determine items in stock and items to be ordered.

Technology

Eagle Creek Gallery implemented POS. Mark maintains an inventory of gifts and uses the purchase order system to tell him items to be order. POS handles a variety of business management functions including purchasing, inventory management, and bulk importing of inventory items and much more.

Solution

Mark is saving money by ordering and stocking only items needed. He sets minimum levels in the software and the system tells him items to reorder. Eagle Creek is more efficient and profitable since the implementation of POS.
